We are starting a new service for production monitoring. In this we monitor each and every step of production starting from fabric to packing.
We assign a dedicated Quality Inspector (QA) when the production starts and he is responsible for quality & quantity of that style.
On top of QA, we assign a supervisor, who monitor his work and interact with the management on the production related issues. There are some issues which need immediate attention and sometimes production guys do not pay much attention then our team take it on priority to discuss with top management team of the factory.
