Production Monitoring (PM)

Production Monitoring helps to monitor each and every step of production process, starting from fabric, accessories, sizing, size set, production run, production, packing etc

We assign a dedicated Quality Inspector (QA) when the production starts and he is responsible for quality & quantity of that style.

On top of QA, we assign a supervisor, who monitor his work and interact with the management on the production related issues. There are some issues which need immediate attention and sometimes production guys do not pay much attention then our teams take it on priority to discuss with top management team of the factory.
